We offer store credit only for eligible items.

Eligibility:

Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags and packaging must be intact

Non-Returnable Items:

Sale or clearance items
Accessories, bodysuits, intimates
Custom or special-order items

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
